Terms Of Service
    Eligibility for the Referral Program
     To participate in the EcoSpa Texas Referral Program, you must meet the following conditions:
Customer Status: You must be a current, verified customer who has purchased a hot tub from EcoSpa Texas. Only customers who have completed their initial purchase and received their product are eligible to refer others.
Minimum Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the referral program. This ensures that participants are legally capable of entering into contracts and agreements.
Referral Eligibility: Referrals are valid only when the person you refer makes a successful purchase of a hot tub from EcoSpa Texas. A referral must be tracked through the unique referral link you will receive after signing up for the program.
Geographic Limitations: The referral program is available exclusively to customers in EcoSpa Texas’s service areas, which include Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. Referrals from outside these locations may not qualify for rewards.
Reward Limits: Participants in the program can earn rewards for a limited number of referrals per year (up to 10). Each successful referral that results in a completed sale will be eligible for a reward, and the amount of the reward may vary depending on the sale value and program terms.
Referral Tracking: Once you make a referral, your unique referral link must be used by the person you are referring when making a purchase. This allows EcoSpa Texas to track the referral and ensure you receive credit for the sale.
Reward Redemption: Rewards will be issued automatically after the referred customer completes their purchase. You can redeem up to 10 rewards annually. Rewards may come in the form of gift cards, discounts, or other promotional offers.
Program Modifications: EcoSpa Texas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice. This may include changes to the referral process, eligibility criteria, or reward offerings.
Program Abuse: Any fraudulent activity, such as self-referring, abusing the system, or using unethical tactics to generate referrals, will result in immediate disqualification from the program and potential further action.
